NTSB MEDIA BRIEFING SCHEDULED FOR 3:00 PM PDT TODAY ON FOSSETT AIRPLANE WRECKAGE FOUND IN CALIFORNIA


The National Transportation Safety Board will hold its second press briefing today at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time on its investigation into the crash of the plane, piloted by adventurer Steve Fossett, missing since September 3, 2007. NTSB Acting Chairman Mark V. Rosenker will conduct the briefing.

The briefing will be held in the Red Fir Room, at the Westin Monache, Mammoth, at 50 Hillside Drive, Mammoth Lakes, California.
